We strive to be the best. We have been producing top quality Traditional Farm Fresh turkeys for over 50 years and get our superb results 3 ways:
1. We continue to feed our birds longer and better than the "feed conversion" experts recommend. This extra feeding gives the "finish" with a lot of extra flavour.
2. We hang our birds in the traditional fashion - which, as every butcher knows, means tender meat and even more good flavour.
3. We use no water or other additives and our birds are air chilled..
This all adds up to the production of fine traditional birds with a rich traditional flavour.
Raised and processed on the premises in our Government inspected plant.
